Managing Behaviour in your section
An on-line course aimed at supporting you as a leader to manage behaviour effectively aimed at Beaver and Cub leaders.
During the course, we will cover:
- Discover why children behave in different ways.
- Examine how to respond as a leader.
- Discuss strategies and gain top tips to support you in being effective at behaviour management.
- Explore adaptations and responses for those young people with additional or Special educational needs
- Have time to ask questions.
The course will be run by Mark Edwards an ex-Head Teacher and current member of the England Volunteering Development Team.
